Chances are that you live with, work with, know, or even are someone who has this brain type. ADHD can be frustrating if it is not properly understood and navigated. I support youth, adults, families, and couples that are ready to understand ADHD and embrace neurodiversity for what it is while learning to shift to a growth mindset.
My coaching approach is rooted in positive psychology. I partner with clients to explore who they are, understand executive functions (ADHD), build awareness around strengths, and recognize patterns that may be impacting life. Together we partner to identify potential roadblocks, set and develop goals, create step-by-step plans, build skills, and identify and utilize strengths so the client achieves success.
I have been in the Fitness, Dance, Health, and Wellness industry for pretty much my entire adult life. In that capacity, I have had the pleasure to work with many people of many backgrounds in many capacities (fitness consultant, dance instructor, team leader, and coach). The one thing that I know for sure is that we all seek similar things: to be understood, to find a supportive community, and to thrive in life.
