People are often at a point in life where they realize that change needs to occur in order to promote psychological well-being. I work with clients to identify their unique skills and facilitate change at their own pace. I encourage clients to realize that they are in fact their own “expert”. I believe you are unique, and I strive to provide appropriate skill sets and tools to assist you in your concerns and ultimately move you toward your goals.
I have extensive training treating anxiety disorders with a speciality in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Anxiety disorders are treatable and once ‘tamed’ your energy can be better spent elsewhere!
